PLEASE READ BEFORE SENDING A DEPOSIT. 

--By placing a deposit, it will be assumed it has been read and agreed to.
--We do not do farm visits or pickups to ensure the health and safety of our animals. I will be glad to send as many photos and/videos of my animals or facilities!
--WE REQUIRE A NON REFUNDABLE 50% DOWN DEPOSIT PER ANIMAL. NOTHING WILL BE MARKED "PENDING" UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED. We no longer accept PayPal. Venmo or cashapp is preferred for deposits, Or a check sent priority with tracking # is also accepted. Cash is preferred at pickup unless using a livestock transporter. If using a hauler, money will need to be received a week prior.
--Show & production herds are top priority!
--must be of 18 years or older or have parents consent to send a deposit!
--If pigs/goats are not picked up after 30 days of the date they are sold or available to leave, an additional $7 will be added to the total each day for board/feed/care/etc until pick up. If amount isn't paid within the three weeks following the 30 days, the total paid will be forfeited and the animal will be available for sale again.
--Health of the animal sold is not guaranteed after it leaves our property. As soon as the animal leaves the farm, it becomes the buyer’s full responsibility, unless issue is proven by a vet that issue occurred prior to new ownership. Vet proof will have to be offered. If using a transport service,we are not reliable for anything once the animal leaves our hands
--buyer is responsible for transportation, and transport cost. We will not deliver, or set up transportation. Please check with us when selecting a hauler. We will not place our pigs or goats on transport with somebody we have used in the past that have neglected our animals.
--We reserve the right to not sell to a buyer if we feel their health or safety is at risk.
--We have the right to change the price on any breeding or piglet/goat as we feel fit unless a deposit has been placed.​
--Pricing is based on the quality of the pig/goat produced, quality of pedigree, &sex.
--We do not sell underage pigs.
--we are open to selling bottle baby goats to experienced homes only. If wanting a bottle kid, 75% will be owed at time of birth, and planned for immediate pickup. *i* do not like raising bottle babies, and do not want to be left in a situation where I pulled a kid and im forced to raise it due to buyer backing out.
--We do not sell unregistered boars or gilts, we believe in only registering the very best. All less than quality gilts will stay on our farm for pork, and barrows will be sold.
--We have the right to retain any animal born even if there is an existing reservation for the animal. In this event, money will be refunded or used as credit towards a new animal.
--We have the right to change any breeding plans.
--We have the right to terminate any sale at anytime with a full refund of amount already paid.
--We reserve the right to FIRST BUY BACK if you decide to sell our animals after purchase at anytime. Contact us directly please!
--Pigs or goats available are healthy and free of any known defects at the time of the sale, and the buyer, by completing the purchase, is agreeing to purchase the animal “as is”. For obvious reasons, the health and future development of any  cannot be guaranteed after it leaves. A replacement may be offered depending on the issue.
--FRIENDS OR FAMILY, WE WILL NOT HOLD AN ANIMAL WITHOUT A DEPOSIT! - as much as we would love to give favors and base a sale off of word of mouth, we do not want to be in a position where we are holding animals for weeks/months at a time. Holding onto these animals for other people is money taken away from our farm to continue feeding our own animals.
